Tomatoes (4)
Scotch Bonnet Pepper (5)
Red Bell Pepper (2)
Onions (1 bulb)
Onions-chopped (1/2 bulb)
Garlic-crushed (5 fingers)
Butter
Vegetable Oil
Oregano (2 tspns)
Curry
Thyme
Salt and seasoning
Suya Spice

Directions:
Blend your Tomatoes, Scotch Bonnet, Red Bell Pepper and onion coarsely.
Cook your spaghetti and set aside.
In a pan, add butter, vegetable oil, and some chopped onions with crushed garlic. Stir fry till the onions and garlic are golden brown. Add the tomato paste and the blended pepper. Cook for about 2 -3mins. Add oregano, curry, thyme, salt and seasoning and suya spice and allow to cook for about another 2 mins.
Pour in your spaghetti and stir it in. Allow it to simmer for about 3 mins.

Your Jollof Spaghetti is ready.

Wondering what the modification is? The Suya Spice is the twist. Trust me on this, you'd love it!
